By accessing or using Tanning AI, including its website, mobile application, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the service.
2. Service description
Tanning AI provides informational tools intended to help users think more carefully about outdoor sun exposure, sunscreen practices, routine pacing, and environmental conditions such as UV index and weather. The service is educational and informational in nature and is not a medical device, medical service, or emergency resource.
3. No medical advice
Tanning AI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information made available through the service should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical judgment. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding skin sensitivity, medication interactions, sun-exposure risks, or any other health-related concern.
4. User responsibility and safety
You are solely responsible for how you use the service and for any sun-exposure decisions you make. Sun exposure may carry significant health risks, including sunburn, dehydration, heat illness, premature skin aging, eye damage, and increased long-term risk of skin cancer. You agree to use independent judgment, to discontinue exposure if you experience discomfort or signs of burning, and to seek professional care where appropriate.
5. Eligibility

6. Acceptable use

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tanning AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
