How Tanning AI works

Tanning AI looks at your skin profile, the UV right now, and your glow goal. Then it tells you if it is a good time to tan, a good time to wait, or a good time to stay in the shade.

No routine showed up

That usually means the app is protecting you. The sun may be too strong, too low, or your setup may still need SPF 30+ before a routine can start.

Why does it say “Glow later”?

“Glow later” means now is not a real tanning window. It may be too late in the day, too early, or the UV is too low to build a smart routine.

My routine did not feel right

Stop if your skin feels too warm, pink, sore, or dry. The app is a planning tool, not medical advice. Your skin always gets the final say.

Notifications are missing

Check that notifications are turned on for Tanning AI in your iPhone Settings. If reminders are off, the app may still work, but you will miss the little heads-up taps.

Photos did not save

Make sure Tanning AI can use your camera and save to Photos. You can change both in iPhone Settings, then try again.

Subscription help

If your subscription does not unlock, open the paywall and tap Restore. If billing or cancellation help is needed, Apple manages that in your App Store subscription settings.
